VPNHX provides cross-border network acceleration, international route access, subscription management, and client configuration services. The service is designed to improve the connection path between users and target networks. The regions available, route types, and client capabilities are determined by the information displayed on the website and in the user panel at the relevant time.
The service supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Some features may be affected by the user's network conditions, device permissions, target service rules, or route maintenance status. VPNHX may adjust route entry points, connection methods, and client configurations as operational needs change, without altering an active subscription period or traffic entitlement already granted.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to register; users create an account with a username and password. Users must keep their login credentials secure and are responsible for subscription management, route usage, and ticket activity under their account. If credentials may be compromised or used without authorization, users should change the password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.
A single subscription has no limit on the number of devices online at the same time and no fixed device cap. This means the subscription may be used on devices owned or managed by the user; it does not permit the account, subscription address, or access credentials to be publicly posted, resold, rented, or continuously shared with unrelated third parties. If the system detects resale, public distribution, or unusually concentrated use, it may restrict the subscription or suspend the account.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When a subscription is upgraded mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until consumed and do not expire. Users should confirm the plan type, traffic allowance, and intended use before making a selection.
Compliant Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and in the location they access, as well as the service rules of the websites, applications, and network platforms they use. The service must not be used for unlawful activity, infringement of others' lawful rights, disruption of network infrastructure, distribution of malicious programs, unauthorized system access, or bulk transmission of abusive or fraudulent messages.
Users must not consume route resources through automated tasks, malicious concurrency, or other methods that clearly exceed normal personal or business connection needs. Users must not probe, damage, or evade VPNHX account, billing, security, or access-control mechanisms. Users who engage in such conduct are responsible for resulting complaints, claims, or regulatory action.
Service Availability and Liability
VPNHX works to keep the service running through route scheduling, maintenance, and configuration updates. However, network connections are affected by public networks, carrier routing, device environments, target platform policies, and events beyond reasonable control. VPNHX therefore does not guarantee the same connection result in every region, at every time, or for every target service.
Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, upstream route changes, or changes to target platform rules may make some routes temporarily unavailable, interrupt connections, or alter features. VPNHX will make reasonable efforts to repair issues or provide an available alternative route. Users should keep important materials backed up and prepare suitable connection and recovery options for critical operations.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNHX is not liable for indirect losses arising from device failures, incorrect configurations, changes to third-party services, public network issues, or a user's violation of these terms. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited is not affected by this provision.
Restrictions, Termination, and Changes
If an account involves unlawful use, subscription resale, public credential sharing, malicious resource consumption, attacks on service facilities, disruption of other users' connections, or refusal to cooperate with necessary security checks, VPNHX may restrict routes, suspend the subscription, or terminate the account according to the severity of the impact. When necessary, VPNHX may retain account and order records related to the incident to resolve disputes and fulfill legal obligations.
VPNHX may revise these terms when the service, technical conditions, or applicable rules change. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the latest revision date. Changes that materially affect user rights will be communicated through the website or user panel. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms; users who disagree may stop using the service.
Refunds and Dispute Resolution
Users may request a full refund without stating a reason within 7 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through a user-panel ticket so the relevant account and order can be verified. Refund processing is based on the actual payment record and does not require users to publicly submit their account password or subscription credentials.
If users dispute an order status, subscription entitlement, traffic record, or account action, they may submit a ticket through the user panel and describe the circumstances. VPNHX will review the matter using order records, account activity records, and these terms. The parties should first seek to resolve disputes through reasonable communication; matters not covered by these terms will be handled under applicable laws and regulations.
