VPN Setup Guide

Start by opening the account creation page in the VPNHX user panel. Set a username and password; no email address is required. The username is used for future sign-ins, while the password protects your plans, orders, and subscription details. Submit the form to enter the user panel. If the browser remains on the account page, return to the login screen and use the username and password you just set.

Choose a username that is easy to recognize but not reused as a public identity on other websites. Store the password separately, since subscription links, plan status, and client access are available only after signing in. Avoid keeping your session active on shared devices. When finished, sign out of the user panel and close any client pages showing sensitive information.

After entering the panel, confirm that it shows the current account before choosing a plan. You do not need to install a client or look for a subscription format at this stage. The client access and subscription details are provided together in the panel, and following the steps in order helps avoid import errors.

Open the Plans section in the user panel and first distinguish between monthly subscriptions and data packages. Monthly subscription data resets each month from the activation date and suits ongoing use. Data packages are deducted as used, remain available until depleted, and never expire, making them useful when usage is irregular. Do not compare only the total data allowance: web browsing and text tools use less data, while video playback, system updates, and large file transfers consume it faster.

After choosing a plan, open the order confirmation page. Check the plan name, billing type, and amount due, then pay with Alipay, WeChat, or USDT. Return to the user panel after payment to check the order status. The available plan and matching subscription details appear in Account Overview only after the order is confirmed. If the page still shows processing, do not create the same order again. Refresh the order section and check once more.

If you need more monthly data later, review the upgrade options in the Plans section. Any upgrade difference is prorated against the remaining days, so check the order details shown in the panel before submitting. Full plan and refund terms are provided on the Plans page; this guide focuses only on the steps needed for initial setup.

Once the order is confirmed, open Account Overview in the user panel. Find the subscription details and choose Copy subscription link. This link lets the client read the routes and configuration available to the current account. It is not a normal web address and should not be opened directly in a browser. After copying it, keep the user panel available; the next step is completed inside the client for the relevant platform.

A subscription link is an account credential. Anyone who obtains it may import the configuration into another client, so do not post it in chat groups, forums, screenshots, or public documents. If it was shared accidentally, update the subscription credential in the user panel and import the new link on your own devices. The old link may stop retrieving configuration after the update.

The address shown in this guide is for format illustration only. It does not connect to VPNHX and contains no valid configuration. For actual setup, copy the content generated for the current account in the user panel:

If subscription details do not appear in Account Overview, first check whether the plan is active, then review the order status. Do not assemble a link yourself or copy an unknown configuration from another page. If the order, plan, and subscription details do not match, continue troubleshooting in the Help Center under “Account and subscription.”

First, open the client download section in the user panel and get the client for your current system. The marketing page does not provide direct installer links; the user panel shows available options for each platform. Paste the subscription link only after installation. Do not enter it into a system browser, an app store search field, or ordinary network settings.

If the list is empty after importing, check for extra spaces before or after the pasted content and update the subscription again. If no routes appear, return to Account Overview, copy the current link again, and confirm that the plan is active. Protocol selection, per-app rules, and system proxy modes are advanced settings and are not covered here. After importing, choose a route in the client based on the target service’s region. For a service in Japan, choose a Japan route first; for a service in the United States, choose a US route first. If route types are shown, you can switch between IEPL, transit, and direct routes based on your current network conditions. During initial setup, avoid changing several settings at once. Keep the client defaults and complete one full verification first.

Click Connect in the client and wait until the status changes to Connected. Then open an IP lookup page and check the current exit point. The result should match the country or region of the selected route. Next, visit the website or app you actually need and confirm that the page loads, sign-in works, and the content region matches your expectations. A Connected status only shows that the connection process started; the exit IP and target service result complete the verification.

If the exit region does not change, close any target pages open in the browser, reconnect, and refresh the lookup result. Some apps retain an old connection and may need to be fully closed and reopened. If only one app is not using the current route, check the client’s system proxy, global connection, or per-app rules. If no apps can connect, test another route in the same region.

Once verification is complete, use the service as needed. When changing regions, disconnect the current route first, select the new region, and reconnect, then check the exit point again. This makes it clear which route each visit uses and prevents old pages, old connections, and new regional settings from being mixed together. Once the basic setup is complete, keep three habits for daily use. Choose a region based on the target service before connecting. Update the subscription when the route list has not refreshed for a while. If access behaves unexpectedly, check the exit region first before switching routes. Do not change the subscription, proxy mode, and system network settings all at once before identifying the issue, or it will be difficult to tell which change caused the result.

When changing devices, sign in to the user panel on the new device, get the client for that platform, and import the current subscription link. VPNHX supports simultaneous use on unlimited devices, but the subscription link should still be managed by the account holder. When you stop using an old device, delete the saved configuration from the client and sign out of the user panel.
