This policy applies to the VPNHX website, user panel, client software, and subscription services. It explains the data categories processed while the services operate, the purposes of processing, retention principles, and requests users may submit. Please read the following terms before using the services.
Data collected and processing purposes
Creating an account requires only a username and password; no email address is needed. The system processes the username, a secure password digest, account status, and subscription status for authentication, service delivery, and account security. If a user voluntarily provides an email address in a support ticket, it is used only to handle that request and does not automatically become registration data.
Order records include the selected subscription, amount, payment method, transaction status, and creation time. They are used to complete orders, verify payment results, process refunds, and resolve transaction disputes. Website usage analytics may include visited pages, referring pages, browser type, device category, and basic error information for analyzing page usage, troubleshooting, and improving content. Website analytics and network acceleration connection data are processed separately.
No-Logs principles and connection records
VPNHX does not record which websites users access through international routes, or retain communications, page content, or historical records that could reconstruct specific browsing activity. Network connection logs do not enter a long-term retention system and are not used to build user browsing profiles.
When a connection failure occurs, the system may temporarily process technical events related to the error type, client platform, and route status. This information is used only to locate service issues and is deleted or de-identified after troubleshooting. Aggregated capacity and stability data does not contain information that identifies specific browsing content.
Cookies and local storage
The website and user panel use necessary cookies or browser local storage to save login status, language selection, interface preferences, and session information. These data maintain account sessions and restore user choices; they are not used to infer network activity.
Users can clear cookies and local storage through their browser settings. After clearing them, login status and some preferences will be reset, and users may need to log in again or select the relevant settings again.
Third-party payment processing
Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT payments are processed by the respective third-party payment services. VPNHX receives the transaction ID, payment status, and amount needed to complete an order, while payment verification credentials are handled by the payment service under its own privacy rules.
Third-party payment pages, applications, and networks are controlled by the corresponding service providers. Data submitted during payment is subject to that provider's published terms. VPNHX uses returned transaction results only for order confirmation, reconciliation, refunds, and dispute handling.
Data retention and deletion requests
Account data is retained while the account remains active. Order and transaction records are retained only as necessary to provide services, perform financial reconciliation, process refunds, resolve disputes, and meet applicable requirements. Usage analytics are preferably stored in aggregated or de-identified form, and data beyond the processing purpose is deleted.
Users can log in to the user panel and submit requests to access, correct, or delete account data through a support ticket. VPNHX will process the request after verifying account ownership. If some order records must remain available for transaction reconciliation, dispute handling, or applicable obligations, their use will be restricted and they will be deleted when the retention basis ends.
How this policy is updated
This policy may be updated when service features, data processing procedures, or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page, and the last-updated month shown at the top will be adjusted accordingly.
Material changes to processing purposes or user rights will be communicated through a website announcement or a user panel notice. Before continuing to use the services, users can review the policy version in effect at that time.
